Stephen graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting & Finance. Upon graduation, he was recruited to the CPA firm of Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles where he was engaged in consulting for a variety of industries including Real Estate, Banking, and Financial Investment firms. He specializes in the sale of multifamily & commercial investment properties in the greater Los Angeles area, and during his career he has closed over $2.5 Billion in sales transactions. Stephen was recognized numerous times for outstanding achievements including Chairman’s Club, Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement and ranking in the Top 5 Investment Brokers at RE/MAX Commercial throughout the entire U.S. Stephen is one of the founding principles and the acting broker for RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty with office locations in the South Bay, Pasadena, and West Los Angeles. The company continues to grow and has been ranked consistently by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the 30 Largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerages in Los Angeles since 2006.
