Eric's drive to help his clients achieve their goals is the same drive that helped him to complete a solo cycling trip from Monterey, CA to Santa Monica, CA – a nearly 400 Mile bicycle ride down Pacific Coast Highway.

Eric Dilanian earned his B.S. degree at the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business, with an emphasis in Finance and Valuation. Prior to joining RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty, Eric developed his professional acumen through extensive experience in corporate business and commercial real estate valuation, complex financial forecasting and analysis, and entertainment strategy consulting at companies including Frazier Capital Valuation, Bank of America, and Nielsen/Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

In his spare time, Eric and his wife Cynthia enjoy traveling, having fun with their daughter Isabella, playing with Sophie, the dog, and Oreo and Oia, the cats, and maintaining an active lifestyle; tennis, cycling, and hiking!
