With the experience of almost 400 closed commercial transactions, Enrique Viramontes has proven time and time again that experience is the result of adapting to changing markets and evolving investment strategies.

Upon receiving a Finance degree at Loyola Marymount University, Enrique began his career in Investment Real Estate as an associate with Marcus & Millichap with a specialization in multi-family investment properties. In his first full year, Enrique’s understanding of financial business models and cashflow projections recognized as a Top Plaque Earner for his outstanding performance in the sale of commercial real estate. In the next year, he was awarded top honors as a National Achievement Award winner. His hard work ethic continued earning top accolades throughout the company and industry ending as one of the top ten brokers in the Los Angeles office and in the top 20 percent of the national company – all before the age of 25!  In that same year, he was featured in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s, “Who’s Who In Real Estate – The Youth Brigade.” 

In 2006, Enrique was selected among a few influential brokers to start and run a new expansion office in Downtown Los Angeles.  Up for the challenge, he decided to take his career one step further at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty. At a very young age, he continued to serve his clients’ best interests by creating and maintaining wealth through unique investment strategies. 

2007 proved to a challenging year in the national Real Estate market. However, despite the pitfalls in these economic climates, Enrique continued to work diligently in maximizing his clients’ success. In doing so, Enrique received membership in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and ended the year as the #1 Producer in the Downtown Los Angeles office. Enrique Viramontes was formally appointed to head RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty office as a Managing Director/Vice President of Investments in that year. 

Enrique’s experience in the commercial real estate arena and strong dedication to his career, clients, and colleagues have all contributed to Enrique’s achievements. He has consistently earned placement in the elite groups of dedicated professionals within the company, including but not limited to the Diamond Award, and reliably awarded as THE #1 broker in the State of California, and TOP 10 broker of REMAX International.
