For the last 13 years Brian has specialized in providing transaction and advisory services for apartment building owners throughout Los Angeles County, with a specific focus on the South Bay market. He has assisted dozens of clients with their disposition, acquisition and 1031 exchange requirements, helping them meet and often exceed their investment goals. Since 2003 Brian has sold over $200,000,000 of investment real estate including land/development deals, retail/NNN properties and primarily multi-family investments.​

Brian graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a degree in History. While at UCLA he was a member of the Division 1 men’s water polo team and a part of two National Championships. In addition to going to school and playing collegiate athletics, Brian worked part time and learned from an early age the value of a dollar earned. Upon graduation, Brian was hired to assist a top producing real estate agent in Beverly Hills where he held open houses, managed files and oversaw marketing while also obtaining his real estate license.​​

In 2003 Brian made the move to commercial real estate and joined Marcus & Millichap. While at Marcus & Millichap, Brian specialized in multi-housing investments and was an Associate of the National Multi-Housing Group. After a successful tenure, Brian was recruited to CB Richard Ellis where he was an integral member of the #1 multi-family team in Los Angeles. In 2010 Brian decided to join forces with RE/MAX Commercial as it has the most effective platform for his niche and product type. Most importantly, it is where he can best serve his clients.​​

Since joining RE/MAX Commercial Brian’s success in multi-family sales has grown tremendously. He has been ranked not only in the top 10 of agents locally, but also in the top 10 of agents Nationally. He has earned sales achievement awards almost every year of his career and consistently holds a large market share of all South Bay apartment sales. Over the last 12 years, Brian has established himself as a first class broker that has cultivated valuable relationships with owners and brokers alike. He makes himself available to his clients at all hours and he prides himself on a work ethic that goes far beyond the industry norm. Brian’s mission is simple, to help clients create wealth by capitalizing on South Bay investment property opportunities.​​

Brian and his beautiful wife Ritu live in the Christmas Lights neighborhood of Torrance. They are very proud parents of their son James Vyas Estes and of course consider their dog Molly an equal member of the family. When not working Brian is likely swimming, hiking, or enjoying time with his family.​​
